Business Growth Workshop:

Behavioral Styles, Leadership Tendencies & Team Building

This is a workshop is for business and ministry leaders.

We begin with an understanding of communication and behavioral styles* and how those styles are expressed in the dimensions of Team Dynamics. Building on that we explore the predictable leadership styles expressed by each of the communication styles – their strengths and their weaknesses.

The insight gained from this workshop will help teams to be more cohesive. It gives insight into what you need within your team to achieve your goals and purposes.

  • We struggle with burn-out. How do we stop it?
  • We seem stuck in the status-quo. How do we get moving forward?
  • We have growth but it seems awfully slow. How do we speed it up?
  • We are always doing something new. How do we manage the constant change?

This workshop is approximately 2 hours. Each participant will complete an online Communication and Leadership Style Profile Assessment prior to the workshop for their personal use during and after the workshop.

 

*This workshop includes only an overview of communication and behavioral styles. It is recommended that participants have some working knowledge of DiSC Profiles (or Meyers-Briggs Profiles) prior to workshop.

NOTE: A 4 hour version of this workshop is available which includes 2 hours of education on behavioral styles.
